fifteen haijin had completed a full month of 'a haiku a day' challenge and our host `MSJames has compiled a pdf for some of the best written  [link]my entries are here *moyanIIoriginal title in japanese: 五月の歌 the japanese characters on the painting: go gatsu ni, shiki to jinsei wo utau, meaning: serenading for life and seasons in the month of may. chinese calligraphy brushwork, minimal coloring and texturing with photoshop 7.0. my signature as it appears in the style of chinese ink stamp, for the usual SS sign i used spoils the oriental feel of the painting. |
