i've just learnt how to make an animated gif. heh heh.

anyway, i documented some of the steps of painting taeyang's face after the general color splashing stages. i hope i had print screen more often but that disrupts my work flow. ^^;
the preview is an sketch of taeyang on paper, touched up with mechanical pencil. i find his contours super nice. *^_^*
(upon checking, i find the pencil sketch preview picture only appears as a tiny thumbnail...
therefore i post the sketch separately in my scraps:

)

Face alone is about 30 minutes. But Taeyang's jacket took me 3 hours.
